This briefing paper outlines how billions in new investment and thousands of new, ongoing jobs can be unlocked over the next decade - and the significant flow-on benefits to households, transportation and the grid.

To get there, we need more government investment to plan and build the common user infrastructure required to accelerate this opportunity. This includes prioritising regional development and jobs, manufacturing, export revenue, infrastructure, and private and public investment.
